This video starts with a tribute to a recently fallen hero, Chief Wayne Tarwater of the Ogden Utah Police Department. Then, in a twist, the defense in Utah v. Kouri Richins rested without calling a single witness, and Kouri waived her right to testify. Closing arguments and jury deliberation stand between a verdict. Let’s talk about why defense teams sometimes do what Kouri Richins’ team just did and remind ourselves that this defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Then, listen to the closing arguments. This is a long one but if you’re in to this trial, it’s a must. #KouriRichins #EricRichins #KouriRichinsTrial #UtahvRichins #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeCommunity #TrueCrimeYouTube #CrimeTok #CourtTV #TrialWatch #MurderTrial #Fentanyl #ForensicToxicology #ForensicAccounting #ReasonableDoubt #JuryInstructions #ParkCity #SummitCounty #CamasUtah #ProfilingEvil #JuryWatch #Jury #walkthedog ======================================== CrimeCon Discount Code: https://crimecon.regfox.com/cctw3ntys1x (In Voucher/Coupon area, enter: PROFILINGEVIL ======================================== https://gamutpodcasts.com/show/gardensofevilinsidethezionsocietycult/ ======================================== 20% OFF Newspapers.com https://www.newspapers.com/go/podcast/?ref=profilingevil?xid=8877&utm_source=ProfilingEvilPodcast&utm_medium=podcst&utm_campaign=ProfilingEvil26 ======================================== Email your questions to: ProfilingEvil@gmail.com ======================================== 💳 DONATE: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=T54JX76RZ455S 💵 PayPal: https://paypal.me/profilingevil 🕵️BECOME A MEMBER: https://www.youtube.com/profilingevil/join 🛒SHOP MERCH: https://www.profilingevil.com/profilingevilshop 📖SHOP BOOKS: https://www.profilingevil.com/store
