Resilience, determination, and being worthy of our own love are themes in this powerful show. Our special guest is #ReginaLouise, a Hoffman Process teacher, workshop facilitator, motivational speaker, and the author of, Permission Granted. Her best-selling memoirs, Somebody’s Someone and Someone Has Led This Child to Believe, were made into the award-winning Lifetime movie, I Am Somebody’s Child: The Regina Louise Story, which was nominated for a 2020 NAACP Award for Best Director. Regina and her story have been featured in media outlets like NPR’s All Things Considered, Good Morning America, The CBS Early Show, The Tavis Smiley Show, and many more. Lee and Regina share a profound conversation about her journey and why she felt so compelled to bring her story forward for a higher purpose. They discuss some of her kick-ass strategies from her book; 'the wild wild mess of you' and 'grow through what you go through' in an effort to connect more to the outlaw in each of us. With such passion and purpose, she shares how she dreams in equality and her new vision to help people through writing.
