Here, John remembers experience, long ago in the Kalahari desert: "Letting go is a lifelong process. Willing surrender in all one's faculties. You let go of outer things - then mental things. What's beyond that? The open sky. You find that within yourself - like finding the desert within yourself." In this episode of the Inside Story series exploring more deeply the 'windows of realisation' in John's most popular book 'Wonders of Spiritual Unfoldment' (Chapter 11) John describes the process of meditation as 'letting go. Surrender.' Join the discussion with your own copy of John's first book.
