This episode explores what it means to live a heart centered life. Danielle LaPorte, our special guest, writes and speaks about the intelligence of love. She is the creator of The Heart Centered Membership and The Desire Map book and planner system. A member of Oprah’s Super Soul 100, she has been a powerful guide helping others in reflective practices for self and collective healing. She lives in Vancouver, Canada and is the mother of a teenage son. Danielle's belief that it's important to show up and be real, having the courage to personally evolve in such a public way, is a topic she and Lee discuss in this conversation. She also shares how she balances herself, why she considers meditation mental hygiene and her spiritual connection, and what her creative process is. They chat about the gifts and challenges of co-creating the Heart Centered Facilitators Program and what led her to starting her own podcast.
