Steeped in magic with authentic confidence and heart, Devi Brown is our guest for this very special show. She serves as the Chief Impact Officer at Chopra Global and is the voice of daily meditation on the Chopra wellness app. A passionate teacher, healer, speaker, and author of Crystal Bliss, Devi’s work is rooted in healing generational trauma through higher consciousness, ritual and radical self-acceptance. She is the host of the Black Effect Network podcast, Dropping Gems, and a founding board member of the Mental Wealth Alliance. In this powerful and thought provoking episode, Lee and Devi discuss the energetic potential and challenges of this time, the importance of healing trauma and internal liberation among many other topics. Devi shares how she first came into healing and wellness and why her work is rooted in weaving ancient and modern practices into tangible healing tools that support emotional growth and radical self-love. She offers advice on investigating our natural abilities and building our ‘recipe of self’. We learn (and get to experience) that "smiling is her jam" and that deep curiosity is her super power.
