On this episode of Have a Seat with Chris Hansen, Chris is joined by Larry Stein, famed entertainment attorney and lawyer for actor and director Timothy Busfield. The Emmy Award winning Busfield has recently been accused of inappropriately touching two child actors on the set of The Cleaning Lady on which he was the director. A Bernalillo County, NM grand jury indicted Busfield on four counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor, to which the Thirtysomething star pleaded not guilty. Stein passionately breaks down the evidence in this case, or lack thereof, relays what Busfield says really happened, reveals new information and the criminal history of the mother and father of the two boys, and argues that this case is a clear demonstration of prosecutorial misconduct. If you have been following the case against Timothy Busfield, this is an episode Have a Seat you won’t want to miss!
