In the early 1960, we don't know exactly when, George Carol went out for a pack of cigarettes and never came home. His four kids spent decades wondering what happened to him. Their mother, Dorothy, didn't like to talk about George and she didn't want to answer any of her children's questions about him. As adults, the kids decided to search. They were given a clue from an unlikely source. And so they started to dig--figuratively and literally. What they discovered leads to one of the most shocking conclusions we ever seen. Gird your loins, grab your dog or your cocktail, or nearest loved one (WITH CONSENT, PEOPLE!), because you are not going to believe what you are about to hear. _Find and watch "The Secrets We Bury" on HBO Max_ *FIND ALL OUR YOUTUBE VIDEOS HERE:* https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLdCEZ4WwVyTZrP62qQzfywgBKXcYM577E *LOOKING FOR MORE TCO?* On our Patreon feed https://www.patreon.com/TrueCrimeObsessed, you'll find over 400 FULL AD-FREE BONUS episodes to BINGE RIGHT NOW, including our episode-by-episode coverage of popular documentary series like Love Has Won: The Cult of Mother God, LulaRich, and The Curious Case of Natalia Grace; classics like The Jinx, Making A Murderer, and The Staircase; and well-known cases like The Menendez Murders, Casey Anthony: American Murder Mystery, and The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann, and so many more!
