On this episode of On Purpose, I sat down with Supermodel, designer, and barrier-breaking body activist Ashley Graham. Ashley opens up about how she went from hating her body to loving it and making it her purpose to encourage others to do the same. She discusses how your words become your truth and why it’s so important to stop negative self-talk. She dives into how exactly we can start doing that. She also answers the internet’s most asked relationship questions and shares more about her own journey with her husband. I learned so much from this conversation and I know you will too!
