So many of you have been asking about the Rose Path and the Rose Dieta… And this week’s Highest Self Podcast is just for you. I’m diving deep into the feminine spiritual path of the rose—the one that doesn’t ask you to renounce life, but to honor it. That reminds us that beauty is sacred, devotion is divine, and softness is strength. The rose has been one of my greatest teachers. She’s guided me through my own feminine awakening—from belly dance to breathwork, DJing to ritual, and creating my sacred feminine community, Rose Gold Goddesses. The name Sahara Rose came to me in a breathwork journey in Bali, where I saw a past—or parallel—life of myself dancing barefoot through a desert, bringing beauty to a barren land. It was then I knew: I was here to be the rose. To bloom where there was once nothing. That moment sparked a deep remembrance that led me to Guatemala for a 10-day Rose Dieta—10 days of silence, stillness, rose tea, and listening. In this episode, you’ll explore: - What the Rose Path truly is—and how it may already be calling you - The Rose Dieta and how it opens a portal to sacred listening - The rose as teacher, mirror, and frequency of the divine feminine - The beauty of ritual, art, stillness, and embodiment as spiritual practice - Why every season of the rose (and your life) holds medicine - The sacred codes of the Rose Priestess lineage—and how they live in you - The energetic school of the rose—cord cutting, rose baths, and rituals to protect your inner world My guest, Rachel Rossitto, is a true mystic, artist, and embodiment of the Rose Path. She is a ritualist, and feminine wisdom guide who lives her life in devotion to the beauty way. If you’re curious about the rose, this is a beautiful introduction. I pick Rachel’s brain on her personal journey with the rose, her practices, the energetics of devotional living, and so much more.
