The show opens with a look at the news, including Trump’s executive order on biological sexes, Biden pardoning his family and Dr. Fauci, and Sen. John Fetterman arriving at Trump’s inauguration in a hoodie and shorts. Comedian Ari Shaffir joins the show to talk about his Netflix special “America’s Sweetheart” and how not caring has fueled his success. They explore the renewed acceptance of offensive comedy, wild stories like having sex in a Volkswagen Jetta trunk, and the awkwardness of dirty talk. Adam and Ari also react to wild clips, including a British cyclist ignoring bike lanes, Scott Galloway betting $358k on Kamala Harris, an old “Man Show” sketch, and more. Plus, they chat about gentrification in Ari’s NYC neighborhood, Howie Mandel’s popcorn bucket, and FBI involvement on January 6th.
