Clarion County District Attorney Drew Welsh and Pennsylvania State Police are expected to announce the identity of the woman known for more than 36 years as Penny Doe, whose remains were found in Monroe Township, Pennsylvania, on July 22, 1990. Investigators ruled her death a homicide and said DNA testing has now led to her identification, while the case remains an active investigation.
