Our latest episode on the Highest Self Podcast is an absolute gem, and I can't wait to share the wisdom and the laughs that unfolded during this soulful conversation with my bestie and monthly guest, Rosie Acosta. In relationships, friendships, and even with family, our willingness to engage in these difficult conversations is deeply connected to our overall quality of life. Rosie and I unravel: That unsexy, challenging moments contribute to the depth and beauty of the overall relationship experience. The significance of feeling safe and open in relationships and friendships. Personal icks, deal breakers, and red flags in relationships, from the seemingly trivial to fundamental aspects of how we treat others. Breaking old patterns, and fostering crystal-clear communication. Reflecting on how cultural differences can influence communication styles. In the grand scheme of things, Rosie and I believe that how we handle tough conversations in relationships mirrors how we approach everything else in life. It's about finding your voice, breaking old patterns, and fostering crystal-clear communication for a truly harmonious connection.
