The show kicks off with Adam & Mayhem diving into some Jefferson Starship classics, gearing up for a visit from David Freiberg later in the show. Along the way, they discuss Adam’s disastrous visit to Roseanne’s house, his new Sirius/XM ‘70s station game, Lizzo’s weight-loss journey, and the legacy of Elizabeth “Billy Jack” Warren. Then, Jefferson Starship legend David Freiberg joins the conversation to celebrate the band’s 50th anniversary tour. He shares stories about moving to San Francisco in the late ‘50s, reflects on “We Built This City” being called the worst song ever, and reacts to Adam’s controversial Worst Songs list. Plus, he opens up about why he left Starship and his thoughts on the band's evolution.
