Eugene Mirman comedian, actor, writer, and the voice of Gene Belcher on Bob’s Burgers joins Pete Holmes for a deeply funny, delightfully strange, and surprisingly thoughtful episode of You Made It Weird. Known for his brilliantly absurd style and uniquely offbeat perspective, Eugene has been a defining voice in alternative comedy for years, blending surreal observations, deadpan delivery, and genuine heart into everything he does. In this episode, he and Pete dive into creativity, weirdness, performance, and the joy of making comedy that doesn’t fit neatly into a box. Eugene also talks about his new stand-up special Here Comes The Whimsy, now streaming on YouTube a perfect showcase for his signature mix of intelligence, silliness, and beautifully strange storytelling.
