Jimmy notes that the arresting officer, Brian Davis, is from Utah County, a three-and-a-half-hour drive from Washington County, meaning Davis would have had to leave at 6:30 p.m. to arrive for a 10:00 p.m. arrest—matching the timeline of Robinson's surrender and Miranda warning. Additionally, Sam Parker's analysis reveals there were two sets of fabricated text messages: the first version had Robinson planning a suicide-by-cop shootout, but after he unexpectedly turned himself in alive, the conspirators scrambled to create a second version where he claimed he would turn himself in willingly.
