Referred to as “high frequency love music” by their fans, Beautiful Chorus is led by Alexandra Love, who is our special guest. She started the group to spread a harmony-infused soundscape of interconnectedness, ease, and joy. Since 2012, Beautiful Chorus have quietly become one of the most successful independent vocal groups in the world, with over 500,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, including the attention of artists like, Demi Lovato, Lizzo, and India Arie - who they performed with at the 2020 Essence Festival. Lee and Alexandra share a heart-centered conversation that highlights her creative process and journey, trusting intuition, and being in the pursuit of living with more joy. Alexandra speaks to how meditation first came into her life, along with some of the common objections people have, and what she is experiencing with the wave of new consciousness. We learn about what 2020 was like for her and Beautiful Chorus and what some of her favorite musical artists are.
