I want to invite you into one of the most sacred, transformative episodes I've ever shared on the Highest Self Podcast. This solocast is a deep dive into my personal journey with Grandmother Ayahuasca in the mystical lands of Peru. 🇵🇪🌈 For years, I resisted the call of Ayahuasca, paralyzed by the fear of losing control and confronting the darkest shadows of my past and ancestral traumas. I was terrified that the medicine would force me to relive my grandmother's child marriage, a pain I wasn't sure I could bear. 💔 But as the universe often does, it guided me through mysterious ways, and I found myself trusting my inner goddess and intuition. A gentle introduction to Ayahuasca a year ago ignited a fire within me, leading to the most profound ceremony of my life. 🔥✨ In this episode, I bare my soul and share the transformative lessons and insights I received, including: - The main lessons I learned from my Ayahuasca ceremony - The importance of being in the right environment with proper preparation for ceremonies - How to know when you're truly ready for an Ayahuasca - Why the medicine kept leading me back to loving my 11-year-old self - and the beauty and gift of the mother-daughter relationship - Why you should commit to showing your true self on social media without makeup or filters - How to navigate the culture of perfection and challenging societal beauty standards - How you can integrate the wisdom gained from plant medicines into your daily life and spiritual practices, creating a lasting transformation - The magic of my Triple E Method for emotional healing and self-discovery - and how it can guide you to a deeper connection with yourself and nature - Ways in which you can be more connected to nature Coming back from the Ayahuasca, I realized this journey was not just about me; it’s about ALL of us. 🌍The wisdom and insights I received are meant to be shared with you. 🥰 So if you're ready to unravel the mysteries of your inner medicine and embark on a journey of radical self-love and authenticity, then this episode is your cosmic invitation! 🪐 Sign up this week and get 25% off with this code: 25SWS at checkout!
