Trust the path. Let it all unfold. Just release the control. This is the mantra the medicine gave me in the Sacred Valley of Peru and it became the song I have been sitting with ever since. And now it is finally here. In this solocast I am sharing the story behind Trust the Path, my new single, and everything the dark night of the soul taught me about surrendering to the unknown. Because the void is not something to rush through or fix. It is the fertile ground that everything most beautiful in your life comes from. In this episode we explore: 🐍 The story behind Trust the Path and why this mantra found me 🌀 What the dark night of the soul is actually here to give you 🖤 Why allowing your old self to die is the only way to be reborn 🌹 The dark feminine, the snake and what your shadows are really trying to show you ✨ How to create eras for yourself and embody the chapter you are in 💫 Why the void is not punishment it is preparation 🤍 A self love practice for the moments when you need to be held This one is for every woman in the in between. You do not have to figure it all out right now. Consider this your new mantra.
