Those experiences helped you shape the story you tell yourself today. Whether the story is good or bad is irrelevant considering that chances are the story isn’t even accurate or factual. Marissa Peer is not just a best-selling author, she is a trained hypnotherapist that created Rapid Transformational Therapy, or RTT. She joins Lisa here to discuss the ideas from her latest book, Tell Yourself a Better Lie. Her tips and strategies are powerful to rewrite your story and create a narrative that gives you meaning, fulfillment and more happiness.
