Expression is at the center of my life, from how I teach to the podcast I’ve hosted for a decade, and yet every time love entered the picture, I felt I had to turn something down to keep it. I’m opening up about it because I don’t believe the inner work ever finishes. I’m joined by one of my closest friends, Alyssa Nobriga, a transformational coach who trained as a therapist. She founded the Institute for Mastery and has guided thousands of people through her certification. She gently walks me through something tender, and she shows you how to bring the same approach to yourself and to the people around you. Together we dive into: 🔮 What it really means when someone feels like your person from the very first moment 🩰 The little ballerina who appeared during our session and what she wanted me to know 💗 A simple way to stay with sadness without trying to fix it 🌙 The protective part of me that decides it’s over after a couple of quiet days ✨ Why love is something that gets awakened in you rather than handed to you 🕊️ Whether being deeply in love and being fully yourself can exist together Grab a blanket and a friend who feels things deeply, then tell me in the comments if this wound lives in you too.
