He’s back for his 2.0 episode! A big GOBLIN round of applause for director KYLE NEWACHECK! Fresh off the release of his Adam Sandler & Jennifer Aniston Netflix film "Murder Mystery" and Emmy nominated "What We Do in the Shadows," Kyle sits down on the balcony to dissect his personal & professional growth, heavy Goblin summons, and snaps a full Starbucks meal into reality (thanks Betty). The Boys talk about "Workaholics," how he went from guest director to producer on "What We Do In The Shadows," and how to be an advocate for yourself in work situations. Rick takes the lead as director to orchestrate some outfit changes and TYSO Transylvanian wizardry as they crack open a couple of "cold ones" while unpacking addictions and Kyle's journey in self mastery. Also, as discussed in the episode, Kyle has his very own ensemble podcast with his workaholics hollywood boys (Anders Holmes, Blake Anderson, & TYSO alumni Adam Divine) called "This is Important" premiering October 13th!!!!!
