We’re joined by Pelle Dragsted @pelledragsted— Danish MP and author of Nordic Socialism — to break down what the “Nordic model” really is, why democratic ownership matters, and how working people can push beyond capitalism. From universal welfare and free healthcare to the cooperative movement in Denmark, Pelle shows us what socialism looks like when it’s rooted in freedom and real democracy — not just as an idea, but as a lived reality. We also dig into what lessons the U.S. left can draw from the Nordic experience, and why the fight over ownership is at the heart of socialism.
