In this CONVERSATION episode we explore the topics of "wake up" moments, discernment, opportunities for community (especially now), authenticity in one's work, and when we begin to know what our purpose is, how all the insecurities fall away. Lee's guest, Sandie Sedgbeer, highly regarded for her work in conscious media and publishing, shares more about her latest iteration and passion project, "The No BS Spiritual Book Club." As a self proclaimed 'shameless sharer' and powerful voice in her work, Sandie speaks to why she is moved and compelled to share great books and authentic authors in her beautifully curated book club. Her quote, "If enlightenment is a journey, books are the stepping stones on your path" really aligns with her belief that reading an extraordinary book can offer epiphanies and 'a-ha moments' that lead you to that movement that you’re looking for.
