Milkshakes became popular in the early 20th century when ice cream was added to the mixture, creating a delicious dessert drink. The classic flavors of milkshakes are vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, but today there are countless flavors and variations to choose from. Milkshakes can be made with different types of milk, ice cream, and toppings to suit individual preferences. Milkshakes can be enjoyed as a dessert or as a refreshing treat on a hot day. Milkshakes are often served at diners, ice cream parlors, and fast-food restaurants. A root beer float is a popular American dessert that is made by combining root beer soda with vanilla ice cream. The first recorded root beer float was made in 1893 by a Colorado gold mine owner named Frank J. Wisner. Wisner was inspired by the snowy peaks of the nearby Cow Mountain and added a scoop of vanilla ice cream to his root beer to create a drink that looked like snow-capped mountains. The original name for the root beer float was "black cow." Root beer floats became popular in the 1920s and 1930s, and were often served at soda fountains and diners. In some regions of the United States, a root beer float is also known as a "brown cow." Root beer floats can be made with different types of ice cream, such as chocolate or strawberry, and can also be topped with whipped cream or sprinkles for added sweetness. #Food #Podcast #TasteBuds #SalVulcano #Comedy #joederosa
