Kate Shela is the co-founder of The 360 Emergence, a free-form movement practice which straddles the line between dance and personal growth, between rigor and freedom, between individuality and community. As a movement maestra, with over 25 years of teaching experience, she brings transformational medicine to every dance floor. A catalyst with heart who creates life retrieval experiences, Kate is able to draw out the innate healer in each of us. She sees private clients for healing and offers 1:1 mentoring. Her bold improvisational style and passionate sense of humor enables magic to ooze into the everyday moments. She’s a Londoner living in LA and a long time friend of Lee's. In this show we learn: *How dance and healing came into her life and became her love language. *Why the shamanic path, integrating movement, healing and community, has always been the fabric of who she is and how it shows up in her work. *What the experience was like coming back into her body after loss and grief. *Her methodology and intention with The 360 Emergence. *Kate's experience being intentional as a parent.
