Coke floats on stand‑by? Check. Big tomatoes out of sight? Check. Harriet Kemsley on Dish? Big check. Comedian, writer, actress, podcaster and most iconically former proud pet‑snail owner, Harriet joins us around the dinner table to chat about her upcoming tour Floozy, kicking off in October and running through to early 2027. From allergies to aversions, Harriet’s food preferences were decisive, but one thing’s for sure: she was blown away by Angela’s flavours in this week’s vegetable bounty. On the menu: golden aubergine with purple sprouting broccoli, honey‑baked feta and preserved lemon dressing, a recipe by Diana Henry. For Harriet, the feta is swapped for vegan cheese and the pistachios are kept firmly out of the kitchen. A plate this colourful deserves an equally colourful drinks line‑up too: enter the Crodino spritz to start, followed by an Éminence de Bijou wine pairing and, drumroll please… a Coke float made with Harriet’s favourite Booja‑Booja vegan choc‑salted‑caramel ice cream.
