In this powerful and deeply personal interview, we sit down with Lee Copus, known as Kent Carnivore, a passionate advocate for the carnivore diet. Lee's journey is nothing short of remarkable. After a decade-long battle with ulcerative colitis, which tragically culminated in the removal of his colon, he discovered the transformative power of a meat-based lifestyle. Lee's story is a stark illustration of how conventional medical advice can sometimes fail those who need it most. Diagnosed in 2012, he spent years diligently following the recommendations of medical professionals, including increasing fiber intake and adopting a plant-based diet. But instead of improvement, his condition worsened. He was told to eat more plants, and more fiber, and it just made things worse. Frustrated and desperate, Lee decided to take a radical approach, completely reversing the conventional dietary recommendations. He eliminated all fiber and embraced a 100% carnivore diet. The results were astounding. Lee experienced a dramatic improvement in his health, proving that sometimes, the most unconventional paths lead to the most profound healing. Join us as Lee shares his raw and honest story, detailing the failures of the medical establishment, the challenges of navigating chronic illness, and the life-changing impact of the carnivore diet. This interview is a must-watch for anyone struggling with autoimmune disease, seeking alternative health solutions, or simply curious about the power of food as medicine. He now shares his remarkable journey of healing and his insights into the limitations of conventional dietary advice on his popular YouTube channel and through appearances on various podcasts.
