Blu is joined today by Hawaii-born creative, freediver & acroyoga teacher- Chelsea Kauai. In her first ever video interview, and the day before her 33rd birthday, Chelsea fully opens up. Beyond the way that social media may make everything seem perfect, she shares the turmoil and heartbreak she experienced this past year. And how through the shattering of the old, she has found herself deeper, in new ways. Reminding us all to have the strength to live in our truth, and reclaim our highest excitements. === === CHELSEA KAUAI: https://www.instagram.com/chelseakauai/ https://chelsea-kauai.com Chelsea's New Journal - https://www.intelligentchange.com/products/notes-to-self-journal BLU: https://www.instagram.com/bluofearth/ https://www.blucosmiceagle.com https://www.florescence.earth SIGN UP FOR MY MAILING LIST: https://blucosmiceagle.us20.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=3374bdcf12d8a06713a697573&id=0efbc1b475 BECOME A BLU-BIRD PATREON: https://www.patreon.com/dejablupodcast
