Heart surgeon Dr. Gundry reveals the top 10 supplements he takes daily — plus exposes the biggest weight loss myths keeping you fat, sick & insulin resistant. Berberine, vitamin D3, omega-3s & more. Dr. Gundry once called one of these supplements a complete waste of money. Now it's his #1 pick. What changed? It all comes down to a "ghost gene" that virtually every human carries — and a critical mistake almost everyone makes when taking this vitamin. In this episode, he opens up his personal supplement cabinet and reveals the exact 10 supplements he takes every single day. But this isn't just a list — he explains why most people are taking their supplements completely wrong, why your blood work might say you're fine when you're dangerously deficient, and the one supplement delivery method that a famous patient of his confused with a coffee sweetener (with disastrous results). He also tackles one of the most controversial topics in health right now: the blockbuster weight loss drugs that two major diet companies just adopted. What he reveals about the hidden cost of those drugs — a number involving your muscle mass — may make you rethink everything. And he shares a natural compound with three powerful mechanisms that most people have never heard explained this way. Then Dr. Gundry takes aim at five weight loss beliefs that almost everyone still follows — including the one backed by the "laws of physics" that a groundbreaking cycling study completely destroyed. If you take supplements, if you've ever tried to lose weight, or if you just want to know what a heart surgeon with 25+ years of clinical research actually puts in his own body every morning — don't skip this one. 🔔 Subscribe and hit the bell so you never miss a life-changing episode. 👇👇👇 Join the Dr. Gundry VIP club with exclusive offers and latest news here: https://drgundry.com/ 📕📕📕 Pre-order Dr. Gundry’s new book: https://rebrand.ly/gut-brain-paradox-...
