Make sure to check the workout I took Tavi through. He’s been training for 20 years, yet I took him through exercises and range of motion he’s never done before. It set him up to have sore legs for a week. Immediately after the workout Tavi headed on over to the Castle, devoured food and sat down to talk about his philosophy on life. Tavi is pretty advanced for his age. He’s already learned a big lesson that took me years to learn… The lesson to live in the moment. You do this by keeping your mind in the now, cut off all attachment to the past and all expectation of the future, and just live now. Might not seem like something too game-changing for your life but that concept alone has left both Tavi and I feeling more fulfilled and happy than ever before. This is a great interview, based on everything I know about you, you’re gonna love it.
