He suggests that actors should keep working hard because unexpected opportunities often arise from previous rejections.

“if I were to have done that show I wouldn't have been available to audition for Breaking Bad. So, you know, the point of the story, you never know what's right around the corner, you know, so just keep keep pounding the pavement.”

She advocates for artists to fight for their creative vision rather than simply making music that is easy for others to consume.

“we didn't have to forcefully make the music easy for people to like this album. let me try and do what I like and what I convince myself to do to to get to people.”

He believes that while some aspects of streaming can be taught, the core quality of being oneself is an innate trait.

“what's not teachable is like being yourself. I feel like that's something that's more natural.”
