He claims that Democratic attorneys general are effectively winning legal challenges against the Trump administration's unlawful policies.

“We've won uh 80% of the time approximately in of our lawsuits. Uh when we win and a court issues an order, the court order is followed.”

She believes it is necessary to use litigation to force the Trump administration to follow the law and uphold the constitution.

“But while we do this work to hold the Trump administration accountable, let's be clear, affordability and the cost of living is still the number one issue here in Massachusetts and across this country.”

Matthew claims that the legal and justice systems are heavily biased against defendants, particularly in federal court, where he believes conviction is nearly certain regardless of guilt.
