“What I do is invite my students to start instead of trying to protect your fears or manage them, which good luck with that, name them and then breathe through them.”

Finding quiet solitude and stillness is essential for hearing God's guidance during times of adversity.

“She would just always tell me, man, like, "When life starts happening, like, Ink, get quiet, so you can hear God."”

Developing a meditation practice allows individuals to settle their nervous system and access their internal guidance for better discernment.

“Step into a meditation practice. Even if it is quietening your mind for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon. Because by quietening your mind, you're allowing your nervous system to settle down. Then you can start listening to that discernment that we have”

Individuals must exercise personal discernment and listen to their intuition when navigating their own spiritual path and assessing outside information.

“What rings true to you? Because at the end of the day, it's all about finding the power within yourself.”

Angels will not interfere with human free will or the life plans that individuals have chosen for themselves.

“The concept of being um fixed or problems solved for you is h not um in your true in your essence from your soul truly wanted. Um therefore we will not interfere with your decision making or your free will.”

Angels will generally not interfere in human lives or influence the behavior of others unless they are explicitly asked for assistance.

“And I've had the angels say that no job is too big or small for them to assist us. But they always also say we won't assist you in changing someone else's behavior. So don't ask for that.”

Human beings are supported, guided, and watched over by their spiritual team, including angels and loved ones, more than they can comprehend.

“So it really brought together um a true knowing in my heart and my mind and my body and my soul that we are supported and we are guided and we are loved and we are watched out for more than our human mind can ever comprehend.”
