Akaash Singh intentionally baited Joe Rogan into controversial topics during his podcast appearance to help get him canceled.

“I went in there with a mission you know I was like hey Joe hasn't done anything for us yeah let's get this guy canceled you know this guy this guy doesn't elevate anybody we got to get him out of here”

Andrew Schulz believes the media attempts to cancel Joe Rogan because they cannot compete with his influence and want to censor his platform.

Dave Landau argues that Joe Rogan did not need to apologize because he never used the offensive language maliciously.

“I don't believe that he ever used it maliciously. So, the reason why he thought he was untouchable, which I don't believe that he thought he was untouchable to be honest. I think it was because at one point comedy was supposed to be all in context.”

Steven Crowder believes that Joe Rogan was wrong to apologize to the mob for his past comments because it shows weakness and will not stop his detractors from targeting him.

“I think he was wrong back then to think that they wouldn't come for him and I think that he's incorrect right now to apologize.”

The attempt to cancel Joe Rogan based on racism is a form of selective cancellation outrage orchestrated by political actors who oppose his independent and heterodox views.

“So, I think what you're seeing here is selective cancellation outrage, selective application of these new language rules for the purpose of getting Rogan canceled. Why? For the same reasons we were talking about 2 weeks ago or last week, which is he's an outsider. He's an independent voice.”
