The state of Hawaii is violating the Second Amendment by justifying gun restrictions through the vague concept of the spirit of Aloha.

“The Second Amendment is uh is is completely powerless in the face of the spirit of Aloha that's actually in a bill you get no gun because of spirit of Aloha”

He believes that constitutional carry is a positive policy because the Second Amendment guarantees the right for law-abiding citizens to carry firearms.

Since they only serve to protect rights, not grant them, one of the recognized protected rights is the Second Amend”

Donald Trump has consistently supported the Second Amendment throughout his presidency, despite certain policy caveats.

“Trump took us out of the gunrabbing UN arms trade treaty. Very pro- Second Amendment. President Trump has uh broadly speaking supported our traditional constitutional rights.”
