Dan Le Batard argues that suing anonymous troll accounts is a more impactful legal strategy than suing large creators who can afford the legal fees.

“I think it's way better to go after um like anonymous troll accounts that can't afford the legal fees, that can't afford um to, you know, that want to remain anonymous, that want to go and do all this stuff. Like I think that would be more impactful than going after large creators.”
