Phil Labonte believes that public figures in their 70s and 80s, including Howard Stern, should retire rather than continue in their professional roles.

“So long as Howard Stern and all these old people refuse to just take their retirement, dude, you got $100 million plus. You are rich as rich can be. We don't need you here anymore. Okay, you can go.”
