“with this book it's sort of halfway between you know I I was definitely entering new territory much deeper analysis of many more biblical stories and so there's a fair bit of Investigation on my end there and that tilts it more towards the academic Direction”

“instead of having a really emotional debate I said give me a week let me test it I'm very good at testing and went on to Google Adwords and created or I should say bought domains for these various book titles created advertisements that had the book titles as the headline”

The creative process requires starting at a place of zero knowledge and being open to the collaborative exploration of ideas.

“the only possible attitude to take when you begin that process is I think this is good but I don't know and let's all decide together it's a team sport and we're going to like investigate this together”

She finds that repetitive exercise is essential for clearing her mind and formulating her arguments.

“I find repetitive exercise walking and kayaking primarily really seem to free my brain up and I don't do phone calls on those walks I don't um I don't I sometimes I go with my sister or friend but generally I try to spend some time doing doing repetitive motion because because the picture then that ”
