Tim Dillon suggests that many people in the entertainment industry are hypocritical for privately enjoying offensive comedy while publicly condemning it.

“well that's what it is it's like I think a lot of people that make a lot of big money they got it they got I I realize that I value freedom over money yeah so like I want to be able to say what I want to say and if people are gonna not like it that's okay but I don't know if there's enough money”

The fourth estate has a vital responsibility to challenge those in power and hold them accountable, especially when other branches of government fail to do so.

“we wrote it because I wanted to remind myself and others about when the when the judicial branch and the and the legislative branch and the executive branch fail us, which is what happened in the leadup to the war in Iraq, that the fourth estate has to has to succeed because it's the only thing to h”

The current cultural climate in the United States makes it difficult to engage in diverse or dissenting dialogue without individuals being aggressively labeled.

“And I just feel as though that's that's we are in a situation where and it's not this isn't recent but that we cannot have that conversation that you know in order for you to be bad I have to be good you know you know my politics are good there hence yours are bad”
