Micah Parsons believes that rookie players must be coachable and willing to put in extra study time to transition successfully to the NFL.

“I learned you know and I always tell this to everybody you gotta be able to be coachable and you gotta be able to put in the extra time and actually timing is it's not just looking at the ipad”

Brian Thomas Jr believes players must approach games without fear to succeed at the professional level.

“I try to go out there and play. You got to go out there and play without having fear cuz I feel like when you playing with with a lot of fear in your head, that's when stuff happen.”
