Pat McAfee believes that Jim Harbaugh will lead the Los Angeles Chargers to the Super Bowl because his unique and original coaching approach is already creating positive results.

“we were one of the I I don't know how many people were let's assume everybody was I don't like saying we're the only ones because we probably weren't the only ones but as soon as we get there we're like they're going Super Bowl they're going Super Bowl that's literally how we feel about Jim Harbaugh”

The Los Angeles Chargers have built a winning team around Justin Herbert, including the hiring of a proven winner in Jim Harbaugh as coach.

“We know that Jim Harbaugh is a winner. He builds winners uh wherever he goes. So that he's put the right team around him, the right play callers. Everything's kind of going right now.”

Coach Harbaugh believes that the Los Angeles Chargers need to prioritize protecting quarterback Justin Herbert because he is a historic talent who will attempt to do too much by himself.

“one thing is hey we got to protect this guy it's it's when it's it's like being around greatness every single day that's what it feels like to me and hey we got to protect them so uh and our guys like Bradley Boseman our offensive line uh JK Dobbins khle Mack everybody on the team sees it”

Justin Herbert is a generational talent who must now prove he can win games in the playoffs.

“There's no question talent. Um, he has above average athlet athleticism. The only thing is, okay, come playoff time, bro, we we need something like this,”
