The Department of Justice under the Trump administration is improperly withholding documents and failing to comply with court orders regarding the Epstein files.

“In a new order, Sullivan says the Department of Justice failed to provide evidence supporting key victim redactions, questions why handwritten FBI notes remain withheld, and also a timeline for when the redaction log or the privilege log is going to be produced by the Department of Justice.”

The recent admission by the DOJ that they inadvertently redacted Epstein's name from files is evidence of a fundamentally flawed and bad-faith redaction process.

Because it shows one, despite the Epstein Files Transparency Act having the name Epstein in it, um despite that law stating you cannot redact the name Epstein or his email addresses or whatever, they still did. And number two, it shows how materially flawed this redaction process has b”

The police behavior during the fatal stabbing of Henry Noak in the UK was outrageous.

“And as this young man lay dying, the police told him he wasn't, that he hadn't been stabbed. They didn't know anything.”

The prosecution's contact with the media in the Tyler Robinson case was likely a violation of the professional conduct rule regarding extrajudicial statements.

“The prosecution then should just file something in writing and we keep it in court. Them running to Fox News, I think it's a fair argument that they're, you know, going outside the the rules of 3.6.”

The police handling of the stabbing of Henry Noak in the UK was disgusting and violated basic standards of due process.

“Well, it's disgusting. And over here, that would not happen because over here, if police happen upon a scene and one guy is brandishing or has weapons on his body and another guy is laying in the street bleeding out, the person with the weapons is going to get subdued first, not the victim.”

He suggests that evidence showing Sean Diddy Combs dangled someone over a balcony helps the prosecution establish a pattern of violent tendencies.

“Even though she wasn't somebody who said she was assaulted by him sexually, this shows the for the the violent tendencies that the prosecution is saying Diddy has that this is what women were afraid of.”

The prosecution in the case against Sean Diddy Combs is likely to successfully secure a conviction given the strength of their racketeering case.
