Whitney Cummings argues that Thanksgiving is an outdated, forced holiday that should be updated or abandoned by people in their 20s to 40s.

“Thanksgiving it just feels a little bit forced. It's like it it's I get why it's a holiday, but it feels a little dated. Like it feels Thanksgiving's like the Sketchers of holidays.”

Ethan believes Thanksgiving and Halloween are closely intertwined holidays.

“I don't know I felt those are intertwined uh holidays you know what I mean”

He prefers ham over turkey as his main Thanksgiving dish.

“I'm going ham first got to have honey baked ham that sugar crust maybe throw some pineapples in there that was a huge Miss by me we've already been over it good job you nailed it it's the best”

He thinks pumpkin pie is overrated.

“I think pumpkin pie is pretty overrated you're going to get yeah you're going to get I'm going to get crushed for it but I would much rather have P I'm not big on pie anyways a pie I'm with you there”

He argues that Thanksgiving can be enjoyed for the communal experience of sharing a meal, regardless of the historical atrocities associated with the day.

“but for real Brooks did the [ __ ] dinner was positive we all love good dinner that's what we're celebrating when we were getting along where everybody was having fun”
