The speaker argues that Donald Trump intentionally incited and permitted an insurrection on January 6th by refusing to deploy the National Guard while directing his supporters to the Capitol.

“Trump wanted it. He called the people there. When they were there, they marched they were violent, they insurrected. They managed to delay the vote.”

“I was under the impression basically that he um thought the election was fake he wanted a protest but he didn't uh necessarily want a violent one like he wasn't supportive of that he wasn't cool with that and um let's say the timeline you built here definitely change that”

The Act Man characterizes January 6th as a coup, noting that such actions do not always require violence.

“I would strongly agree I mean coups can like they're not always just like a violent you know kill everybody kind of thing sometimes it's more a okay sube next sometimes just destruction of property”

He concludes that Trump had full intent regarding his actions throughout the events of January 6th.

“I come away from this conversation thinking that he knew exactly what he was doing the entire time he was doing it”

He contends that Donald Trump did not intend for violence or an insurrection to occur at the Capitol.

“my contention is that it's not Trump certainly did not have any intention of leading some kind of riot insurrection into the Capitol. Like if someone goes to the Capitol building and they attack police, they should go to [ __ ] jail. We We agree on that.”

The speaker claims that the characterization of the January 6th events as an insurrection is a false narrative created by the DOJ and Biden administration.

“to say something that I don't want to argue about but just saying it's an insurrection was was all [ __ ] but to be more specific and specific to my case that we decided to plan to commit an act of sedition which is one step on the treason for people that don't know that to overthrow by force the Un”

The events on the east side of the Capitol were largely peaceful and involved ordinary citizens exercising their right to protest.

The government has unjustly targeted and jailed peaceful protesters from January 6th as political dissidents.

“they're going to put me in prison they're probably going to put me in in general population they're probably going to put a Target on my back for sure tell everybody what you did my life is gone and I turned myself in after filming my by the way filming with this camera”

January 6th was an orchestrated setup designed to facilitate the removal of Donald Trump from future political candidacy.

“We've meticulously uh showed you on this show prosecutor said Johnson flew from Los Angeles to Washington the day before the Riot then marched to the capital after attending the stop the steel rally on January 6 there he used a stolen police riot shield to form a shield wall inside a tunnel”
