He recognizes that moving victims during a robbery, even for short distances, changes the charges to much more serious kidnapping offenses.

“You realize when you're doing it how I mean, I'm not I'm a 19year-old kid. I never been in like real serious trouble before >> and um I had no idea what I was getting myself into. But yeah, just like you were saying, like if you move somebody 10 ft, that's kidnap.”
