He asserts that studio executives intentionally present contracts during auditions as a power move to force performers to commit to terms before they have any leverage.

“The truth is this the truth of it is you they don't want you to get the part and then negotiate yeah so you don't have an upper hand so you don't have an upper hand right so that's why they do it”

He believes the most effective way to handle auditions is to be completely uninhibited and desperate to get the role.

“If you're not that desperate for the role then cuz you should blindly suck whoever's dick that's the that's a winning attitude now if I'm a coach I am C you're on the team I suck everyone”
