He claims that asylum has been misused in the United States as an excuse to maintain an open border policy.

“the problem actually stems from what one side did with the policy at large. Right? So for the last four years of Biden, we kind of used a lot of these terms, asylum as a proxy to let everybody in.”

He criticizes the current mail-in ballot system for being prone to manipulation by bundlers and hustlers who exploit vulnerable populations.

“The reason you delay a count in a state that still demands that everybody get a mail-in ballot, even if you don't want it, 19 million is sent out in a population of 40 million, which opens up the opportunity for these bundlers, these hustlers.”

Richie Reseda believes that the legal system is flawed because it relies on rules established by imperfect human beings to manage complex social problems.

“it's kind of silly to even believe that a system that was also set up by other flawed human beings is perfect. and that just by following the rules or voting or just like following the system that someone else set up that that's all that's needed”
