“They genuinely believe that being critical of abortion and critical of gay marriage warrants death. That that's what they've said over and over again.”

She argues that attempting to rewrite Charlie Kirk's career as a champion of democratic discourse after his death is a form of disrespect.

“And that to me is a form of disrespect. If somebody has lived their life in a certain way when they have most tragically been killed, the last thing you want to do is rewrite who they were.”
