Boxing is a difficult, dangerous, and demanding sport that requires total dedication and professional systems for recovery and training.

“you are the promoter. No one's going to love you like you love you. No one's going to promote you like you promote yourself. And it's just being authentic. It's being true to self.”

Errol Spence Jr. believes that professional boxing has become more business-oriented and that big matches will only happen if fans support them by purchasing pay-per-views.

“boxing is more business savvy now than it was you know a long time ago like and I I created Floyd to that you know Florida really just changed you know changed boxing and made it more business-wise and made it more I'm gonna get my bang for my buck”

Stephen A. Smith believes boxing is hindered by promoters who stall and prevent top fighters from facing each other.

“Boxing cannot be at the mercy of promoters that stall and prevent fighters from getting in the ring any longer. It's had a catastrophic effect on the sport, you know, and I miss it personally when it used to be the wide world of sports and Howard Coell used to be on there calling fights.”

Brendan Schaub believes that UFC fighters earn more money than those in the professional boxing community.

“You guys should learn by now whenever UFC fighters hang around the boxing community we're getting paid 10 times more than the UFC. That's why I'm here.”

“If you got a O but you avoided the top dog, top competition, that ain't the same O as of somebody that like a Floyd Mayweather or even myself or a Terence Crawford.”
