Learning is more effective when it is difficult and requires effort from the brain.

“the harder we try and work to retrieve information from our brains like active retrieval active recall the harder we try and work for that recall the more that neural Connection in our brain is going to be strengthened”

Accelerated learning is achieved by linking new content to an individual's highest values to engage the pulvinar nuclei in the thalamus.

“So I realize that this pulvinar nuclear is a gating and filtering mechanism according to values and whatever is highest under value it lets in because otherwise we'd be overwhelmed by infinitude.”
